Short version
We don't want your data. We don't sell it, we don't train on it, we don't share it with ad networks. Files you convert pass through our converter so it can produce a PDF, and are discarded after.
What we collect
- A one-time install ID generated when the installer registers your copy. Used only to confirm later requests are coming from a real install.
- Standard anonymous server telemetry (counts, latency, errors). No file contents, no personal identifiers.
What we do not collect
- Your name, email, phone, address — we have no accounts.
- The contents of files you convert, after conversion completes.
- Anything from your browser outside the converter page.
Cookies
A single first-party cookie on pdfninjai.com stores the install ID so the converter can authenticate your requests. No tracking cookies, no third-party cookies.
Removing your data
Uninstalling PDF Ninjai removes the local cookie and clears the install ID from your machine. Mail support@pdfninjai.com if you'd like us to purge the install ID from our records.
